We will ship your items within 24-48 hours after the next business day.

We ship Monday - Friday. We do not ship on Weekends or Holidays.

FedEx will not ship to a P.O. Box. Please provide your physical address, so there will not be a delay in your shipment.

We will not ship Internationally.

If you have a USA address we will ship the item to your USA physical address.

SALES TAX

OutdoorClothesUnlimited.Com is based in Texas and, as such, is required to charge Texas residents a 8.25% sales tax.

PAYMENT

Payment is required within 7 days of your purchase. If payments are not received within 7 days, your order will be cancelled.

 


Return Policy:

Please ask all questions before purchasing. If you need help deciding on what size you need to purchase, please send us your measurements and we will make sure you will receive the correct size.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Your return must meet the following guidelines:

1. You must contact our Customer Service Department and allow us to provide you with the information needed to send back the item.
2. Orders must be returned in the condition received.
(No refunds or exchanges will be granted for items that have been worn or damaged.)
3. All returns must be shipped back with FedEx, UPS or USPS with a delivery confirmation. The return package must have some type of tracking that can be easily traced by all parties. 
4. Once an item is shipped back, it is your responsibility to send our customer service department, the delivery confirmation number or tracking number from the shipping receipt.  
5. Once we receive the tracking information and the item is returned in New Condition, we will promptly issue your exchange or provide you a refund, provided that your return meets the above guidelines.
6. Refunds are granted for the full purchase price of the item less 15% for a restocking fee.
(All Shipping is non-refundable).
